1. What are 601 Sports Gift Card Terms and Conditions?

601 Sports gift cards can be used at any of our 601 Sports locations or on 601Sports.com with the following terms and conditions:

 

  • No hidden fees
  • No expiration dates
  • No maintenance fees
  • No transaction fees
  • No returns
  • Not redeemable for cash

2. How do I Purchase a 601Sports.com gift card or e-gift card?

601 Sports gift cards can be purchased as a physical card (online or in-store) or e-gift card (online only), in the following denominations.

In store gift cards can be purchased at checkout in any denomination

Online gift cards can be purchased in the following denominations, including $10, $25, $50, $100. To purchase a gift card online, follow the steps below:

  • Visit our 601 SPORTS gift card page
  • Select e-gift card 
  • Select your denomination
  • Select quantity
  • Select add to cart
  • Select the shopping cart in the upper right-hand corner and proceed to checkout
  • Please note: For e-gift cards, you will be able to add a gift recipient's email address to send the e-gift card and gift message at checkout

3. How are eGift Cards shipped?

When you place an order for a 601sports.com e-gift card, the following guidelines apply:

  • E-Gift Card Orders:
    • E-Gift cards will be delivered via the recipient's email address
    • Please note: If your e-gift card was not delivered to the recipient's email address, please contact alyssa@601sports.com for a replacement.
  • Physical Gift Card Orders:
    • Gift cards are shipped by envelope through the United States Postal Service (USPS)
    • Standard shipping applies (5-7 business days) for physical gift cards
    • Tracking is not provided with standard shipping on physical gift card orders
    • Please note: If your gift card order has not arrived within the standard shipping time frame, 5-7 business days, please contact alyssa@601sports.com for a replacement.

4. How do I place a 601Sports.com order with a gift card?

601Sports gift cards can be used as a form of payment on 601Sports.com orders by following the steps below:

  • Visit 601SPORTS.com
  • Add Products to your cart
  • Once products are added to your cart, proceed to checkout
  • Sign-in to your registered user account, or checkout as guest
  • Fill out all the required fields for a valid shipping and billing address
  • Once the shipping and billing information is added, fill out the following gift card information:
    • Gift card number
    • Select the activate button. You will notice that your remaining balance will be in bold underneath your card number on the checkout page.

5. What if my order total exceeds the balance on my gift card?

If your order exceeds the balance on your gift card, the remaining balance will need to be charged to a valid form of payment that is listed on your registered user account, or another valid form of payment if checking out as guest.

6. What if my order total is less than the balance on my gift card?

If your order is less than the balance on your gift card, the remaining balance will apply after the order has been submitted.

7. What if I paid with a gift card and my order was out of stock, canceled or returned?

If you paid with an e-gift card and your order was out of stock, canceled or returned, a return e-gift card will be emailed to you. If your order was placed with a credit/debit card and gift card, a refund will be applied to the credit/debit card and the remaining balance will be applied to a return gift card.

8. Does 601 Sports offer discounts for bulk gift card orders?
